摘要
目的探究内镜下鼻后神经切断治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效及价值。方法采用目的抽样法纳入本院2020年7月-2023年7月时期收治140例变应性鼻炎患者,以动态随机化方法将纳入患者分入两组,各70例,对照组给予功能性鼻内镜手术治疗,观察组联合内镜下鼻后神经切断治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状体征评分以及生活质量。结果观察组临床总有效率为94.29%,较对照组的82.86%更高(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组评估所得视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、体征评分均更低(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组测验所得鼻炎相关生活质量问卷(RQLQ)评分更低(P<0.05)。结论内镜下鼻后神经切断治疗变应性鼻炎疗效确切,同时也可更好改善患者症状体征,并显著提升其生活质量,具有推广和实践价值。
Objective To explore the efficacy and value of endoscopic intranasal neurotomy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods 140 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from July,2020 to July,2023 were randomly divided into two groups with 70 patients in each group.The control group was treated with functional endoscopic sinus surgery,and the observation group was treated with endoscopic intranasal neurotomy.The clinical efficacy,symptoms and signs scores and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than that of the control group(82.86%)(P<0.05).Three months after operation,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score and signs score in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Three months after operation,the score of Rhinitis-related Quality of Life Questionnaire(RQLQ)in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic posterior nasal nerve transection is effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,and it can also improve the symptoms and signs of patients and significantly improve their quality of life,which has popularization and practical value.
