摘要
为推动干细胞新兴学科发展,大力推进学科人才建设刻不容缓。笔者系统分析了干细胞领域人才建设的现状与问题,从教师与学生层面、研究与技术层面、管理与评估层面等多角度分析,探索出适合新兴学科干细胞领域人才建设的发展之路。具体实践经验有三方面,一是创新教材、课程设计,创新教学方式与培养模式;二是加强高端人才的引进与优秀青年人才的培育;三是建立符合干细胞产业发展的科学评估体系以及多重人才保障措施,以期助力我国在干细胞领域实现引领发展。此实践经验也可为其他领域新兴学科人才建设提供借鉴参考。
To promote the development of emerging stem cell disciplines,it is urgent to promote the construction of disciplinary talents vigorously.The current situation and problems of talent construction in the field of stem cells were systematically analyzes and the development path suitable for the construction of talents in the field of emerging disciplines of stem cells was explored in this article,from the perspectives of teachers and students,research and technology,management and evaluation,etc.Three aspects practical experience has been proposed:the first is to innovation textbook,curriculum design,innovative teaching methods and training mode;The second is to strengthen the introduction of high-end talents and the cultivation of outstanding young talents;The third is to establish a scientific evaluation system and multiple measures of logistical and rewarding condition to support talent in line with the development of the stem cell industry,in order to help China achieve leading development in the field of stem cells.This practical experience also provides reference for talents construction of emerging disciplines in other fields.
