超声测定胃残余量与注射器抽吸测定对ICU患者早期肠内营养评估的效果研究

摘要 分析超声测定胃残余量与注射器抽吸测定对ICU患者早期肠内营养评估的效果。选取贵州省兴义市人民医院重症监护病房(intensive care unit,ICU)2023年1月-2023年10月收治的50例患者为研究对象,对所有患者实施3天的肠内营养支持,第4天持续肠内喂养12 h后,分别对患者采用超声测定与注射器抽吸测定胃残余量。结果显示,超声测定胃残余量最小值为0 mL,最大值为150 mL,M值为34.7(14.9,58.0),注射器抽吸测定胃残余量最小值为0 mL,最大值为135 mL,M值为2.0(0,10.0),两种测试方法测出的胃残余量差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对两种方法所测定的数据进行Spearman相关分析显示(r=0.793,P=0.001)。研究发现,超声测定胃残余量和注射器抽吸测定胃残余量在ICU患者早期肠内营养评估中的效果具有一定差异,但两种方法之间存在较高的一致性,其中超声测定胃残余量的准确度高于注射器抽吸测定。 Analyzing the effects of ultrasound measurement of gastric residue and syringe aspiration measurement on early enteral nutrition assessment of ICU patients,50 patients admitted to the intensive care unit(ICU)of Xingyi People’s Hospital from Jan-uary 2023 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were given 3-day enteral nutrition support,and after continuous enteral feeding for 12 hours on the fourth day,ultrasound measurement and syringe aspiration were used to measure gastric residue,respectively.The results showed that the minimum and maximum values of gastric residual volume measured by ultrasound were 0 mL and 150 mL,with an M value of 34.7(14.9,58.0).The minimum and maximum values of gastric residual volume measured by syringe aspiration were 0 mL and 135 mL,with an M value of 2.0(0,10.0).The difference in gastric residual volume measured by the two testing methods was statistically significant(P<0.05);Spearman correlation analysis was performed on the data measured by the two methods,showing that,(r=0.793,P=0.001)。Research has found that there is a certain dif-ference in the effectiveness of ultrasound measurement of gastric residual volume and syringe aspiration measurement of gastric residual volume in early enteral nutrition assessment of ICU patients,but there is high consistency between the two methods,with ultrasound measurement of gastric residual volume having higher accuracy than syringe aspiration measurement.
