摘要
随着汽车产业的高速发展,焊接车身存储(WBS)生产线作为焊接车间最后一条全自动化、多车型储运的生产线,发挥着越来越重要的作用。文章以WBS生产线工艺规划与设计为研究课题,重点阐述了如何在有限的空间里科学地构建无人化、智能化、高效化、柔性化WBS生产线系统;充分发挥WBS生产线的高效存储、快捷转运、精准排序的能力以及以最少的投资带来最优经济效益等方面的内容,以期达到构建WBS生产线系统的最优方案。WBS生产线的高效化、智能化、柔性化给汽车企业和现代社会所带来的优质经济效益,对行业有一定的借鉴作用。
With the rapid development of the automobile industry,the welding body storage(WBS)production line plays an increasingly important role as the last fully automated,multi-model storage and transportation production line in the welding workshop.This paper takes the process planning and design of WBS production line as the research topic,and focuses on how to scientifically construct unmanned,intelligent,efficient and flexible WBS production line system in limited space.Give full play to the WBS production line's ability of efficient storage,quick transfer,accurate sorting,and bring the best economic benefits with the least investment,in order to achieve the best solution for building the WBS production line system.The high efficiency,intelligence and flexibility of WBS production line bring high quality economic benefits to automobile enterprises and modern society,and have a certain reference role for the industry.
