摘要
高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务,是推进中国式现代化、奋力实现中华民族伟大复兴的必由之路,其内在要求和重要着力点是新质生产力。中国式现代化是中华民族共同体的现代化,发展新质生产力不仅是推动民族地区经济增长的新动力,也是推动民族地区高质量发展的关键因素。中华民族大团结是以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的前提和基础,新时代民族地区以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为各项工作主线,以中华民族大团结为动力,全面推进中华民族共同体的中国式现代化进程。发展新质生产力能够为铸牢中华民族共同体意识提供坚实的物质基础和新的动力源泉,铸牢中华民族共同体意识也反哺于新质生产力,为其发展提供精神支撑和安全稳定的社会环境。本文在阐述新质生产力推动民族地区高质量发展的逻辑理路基础上,分析了新质生产力推动民族地区高质量发展的现实挑战,提出了新质生产力推动民族地区高质量发展的突破路径。
High-quality development is the top task of fully building a modern socialist country,and it is the inevitable requirement for promoting the Chinese path to modernization and striving to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,whose intrinsic requirement and important focus is new quality productive forces.The Chinese path to modernization is the modernization of a community for the Chinese nation,and the development of new quality productive forces is not only a new impetus for promoting the economic growth of ethnic regions,but also a key factor in the promotion of high-quality development of ethnic regions.The great unity of the Chinese nation is the prerequisite and foundation for the comprehensive advancement of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through the Chinese path to modernization.In the new era,ethnic regions will take forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation as the main line of work,and comprehensively push forward the Chinese path to modernization of a community for the Chinese nation through the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The development of new quality productive forces can provide forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation with a solid material foundation and a new source of motivation.In return,forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation also feeds back on the new quality productive forces,providing spiritual support and a safe and stable social environment for its development.On the basis of elaborating the logical reasoning of new quality productive forces to promote the high-quality development of ethnic regions,this paper analyzes the realistic challenges of new quality productive forces to promote the high-quality development of ethnic regions,and puts forward the breakthrough path of new quality productive forces to promote the high-quality development of ethnic regions.
