摘要 目前,国内配电自动化通信系统建设处于高速发展阶段,各地的建设情况不尽相同。根据现有文献可知,大部分地区对通信技术的选择主要考虑技术指标,而没有有效结合各种不同电力业务终端的通信需求,并且针对配电自动化通信系统的选型研究大多只采用了单一赋权法或简单的组合赋权法,没有对匹配结果进行加权排序计算。针对上述现状,结合某地区配电网现状、配电自动化通信网建设现状以及通信业务终端规模现状,分析了该地区通信网的建设需求以及现存问题,提出了多属性量化决策,采用主观赋权法与客观赋权法相结合的方法进行组合权重计算,再利用加权马氏距离代替欧氏距离的逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)对不同电力业务终端进行适配性研究,以得到最优通信网络。通过仿真试验,验证了所提出的基于改进TOPSIS组合赋权法的多属性量化决策对通信性能的改善作用。 Currently,the construction of distribution automation communication systems in China is in a rapid development stage,with varying situations in different regions.Based on the existing literature,most regions mainly consider technical indicators in the selection of communication technology solutions without effectively integrating the communication needs of various power business terminals.Moreover,most studies on the selection of distribution automation communication systems have only used a single weighting method or a simple combined weighting method,without weighted sorting calculations of the matching results.Therefore,considering the current status of distribution networks,the construction status of distribution automation communication networks,and the scale of communication business terminals in a certain region,this study analyzes the construction needs and existing problems of the communication network in that region.It proposes a multi-attribute quantitative decisionmaking approach,combines subjective weighting methods with objective weighting methods for combined weight calculation,and then utilizes the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)method,which uses weighted Mahalanobis distance to approximate the ideal solution instead of the Euclidean distance,to study the adaptability of different power business terminals for obtaining the optimal communication network.Through simulation experiments,the study validates the proposed improved TOPSIS combined weighting method-based multi-attribute quantitative decision-making approach for enhancing communication performance.
