摘要
目的 建立沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠的药物利用评价(DUE)标准,为临床合理应用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠提供参考。方法 以沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠说明书为基础,参照相关指南、专家共识等文献,通过专家咨询法建立DUE标准,并采用回顾性研究方法,对2023年1—12月使用该药的住院患者用药合理性进行评价。结果 建立的DUE标准共涉及54条内容,应用评价了146份病历,合理92份、基本合理38份、不合理16份,合理率为89.04%。不合理问题为适应证不适宜(1份)、用法用量不适宜(5份)、药物相互作用(5份)、药物转换不规范(3份)、禁忌证用药(5份)。结论 建立的DUE标准具有科学性、实用性和可行性,对筛选出临床应用中尚存的问题可进一步优化,以促进临床合理用药。
Objective To establish the drug use evaluation(DUE) standard of sacubitril/valsartan sodium,and provide reference for the rational clinical application of sacubitril/valsartan sodium.Methods Based on the instruction manual of sacubitril/valsartan sodium and with reference to relevant guidelines,expert consensus and other literature,the DUE standard was established by expert consultation method.Retrospective study method was used to evaluate the rationality of medication for hospitalized patients who used the drug from January 2023 to December 2023.Results The DUE standard comprised of 54 elements,was applied to the evaluation of 146 medical records,with 92 reasonable,38 basic reasonable,and 16 unreasonable,the rate of reasonableness was 89.04%.Unreasonable problems were unsuitable indications(1),inappropriate dosage(5),drug interactions(5),unstandardized drug conversion(3),and contraindication medication(5).Conclusion The established DUE standard is scientific,practical and feasible,and can be further optimized for screening the remaining problems in clinical application to promote rational clinical use of drugs.
