摘要
目的:分析快速康复护理在四肢骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年6月泰安市妇幼保健院收治的四肢骨折患者98例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施快速康复护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.049)。护理后,两组关节功能评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理后,两组健康状态、身体功能、社会功能、心理健康评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:快速康复护理在四肢骨折患者中的应用效果显著,可降低并发症发生率,促进关节功能康复,提高患者生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients with limb fractures.Methods:A total of 98 patients with limb fractures admitted to Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.049).After nursing,the joint function scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After nursing,the scores of health status,physical function,social function and mental health in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients with limb fracture has a significant effect,which can reduce the incidence of complications,promote joint function rehabilitation,and improve the quality of life of patients.
