摘要
人工关节置换术是终末期关节疾病最有效的治疗方案,术后功能康复尤为重要。目前关于中西医在促进人工关节置换术后快速康复方面的研究已取得一定进展。西医快速康复外科理念在人工髋膝关节置换术后康复中起主导作用,中医治疗(中药、针灸、耳穴压豆、浮针、推拿等)作为一种辅助治疗方法,在减轻人工髋膝关节置换术后肿胀、疼痛、贫血、促进关节功能康复等方面具有显著疗效,具有中医特色的快速康复外科理念在人工关节置换术中优势显著。未来,在快速康复外科基础上选择合适的中医治疗方案可促进患者术后快速康复。
Artificial joint replacement is the most effective treatment for end-stage joint diseases,and postoperative functional rehabilitation is particularly important.At present,some progress has been made in the research of Chinese and western medicine in promoting rapid rehabilitation after artificial joint replacement.The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery of western medicine plays a leading role in the rehabilitation after artificial hip and knee arthroplasty.As an auxiliary treatment method,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment(TCM herbs,acupuncture,auricular point pressing beans,floating needle,massage,etc.)has a significant effect in reducing swelling,pain,anemia and promoting joint function rehabilitation after artificial hip and knee arthroplasty.The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery with TCM characteristics has significant advantages in artificial joint replacement.In the future,the selection of appropriate TCM treatment on the basis of rapid rehabilitation surgery can promote the rapid recovery of the patients after surgery.
