摘要
以十问十答的形式,从参与契机、工作原则、更新愿景、空间框架、设计组织等方面全面回顾南头古城的更新历程,还原其中参与方的角色和协作关系,提出“城市产品经理”的概念,解释其主要工作内容,探讨更新项目的投资边界和投资模型,对项目受到的士绅化评论做出回应,并反思现行规则是否适应存量更新需要的问题。
This paper in a Q&A format comprehensively reviews the regeneration processes of Nantou Old Town,such as the inception of participation,guiding principles,regeneration vision,spatial structure,collective design framework,etc.Additionally,it restores the roles and relationships of key stakeholders,proposes the concept of"Urban Product Manager"with elaboration of its responsibilities,and discusses investment boundaries and models for regeneration projects.It also responds to the criticism of gentrification and re-evaluates the suitability of the current regulations for the needs of urban regeneration projects.
