摘要
党的二十大报告提出要全面推进乡村振兴和加强全媒体传播体系建设,这为乡村数字化转型指明了方向。数字乡村战略作为特殊的传播本体,在下沉至各层级、地域、人群的过程中,会表现出不同的形态、特征、效能。但从目前学界的研究成果来看,数字乡村战略的传播逻辑尚未得到较为完整的揭示。基于此,从传播理论的视角出发,认为传播视角为衡量数字乡村发展质量提供了全新的尺度。通过从传播力、引导力、影响力、公信力四个角度分析数字乡村战略实施的传播内容与特征,从受众对象、重点方向、运作模式解释数字乡村战略实施的传播逻辑与机理,最终提出优化数字乡村战略实施的传播路径。
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to comprehensively promote rural revitalization and strengthen the construction of all-media communication system,which pointed out the direction for the digital transformation of rural areas.As a special communication ontology,digital rural strategy will show different forms,characteristics and effectiveness in the process of sinking to various levels,regions and groups.However,the current academic research results have not fully revealed the underlying logic of digital rural strategy communication.Based on communication theory,this study analyzes the communication content and characteristics of the implementation of digital rural strategy from the perspectives of communication power,guiding power,influence and credibility,explains the communication logic and mechanism of the implementation of digital rural strategy from the perspectives of audience objects,key directions and operation modes.It finally puts forward the communication path of optimizing the implementation of digital rural strategy.
