摘要
目的了解开化县环境卫生管理、交通运输、教育、快递/外卖、医疗卫生5个行业的一线劳动者职业健康素养水平及影响因素,为开展健康宣教及干预提供参考依据。方法2022年7—8月,采用PPS法在开化县抽取5个行业职业人群,采用网络问卷调查方式了解调查对象的职业健康素养水平,计算职业健康素养率。采用χ^(2)检验分析不同人口学特征职业健康素养的差异,非条件二分类logistic多因素回归模型分析职业健康素养的影响因素。结果本次调查5类人群共1292名,总体职业健康素养率为33.28%,素养率由高到低依次是医疗卫生(65.73%),教育(37.80%),快递/外卖(28.83%),交通运输(17.21%),环境卫生管理(11.57%)。4个维度职业健康素养率从高到低依次为健康保护基本知识(67.96%)、健康工作方式和行为(40.09%)、健康法律知识(29.41%)、健康保护基本技能(29.10%)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、文化程度、户口、行业是5类人群职业健康素养水平的独立影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论开化县5类人群的总体职业健康素养水平不高,各行业之间存在差异,需按职业特征有针对性地开展健康宣教和干预工作。
Objective To investigate the occupational health literacy level and influencing factors of front-line workers in environmental health management,transportation,education,express/takeaway,and medical and health industries in Kaihua County,and to provide a reference for health education and intervention in the future.Methods From July to August 2022,the PPS method was used to select the occupational population from five industries in Kaihua County,the online questionnaire survey was used to understand the occupational health literacy level of the respondents,and the occupational health literacy rate was calculated(the score of the questionnaire reached 80%or more of the total score).Theχ^(2)test was used to analyze the difference of occupational health literacy among different demographic characteristics.The influencing factors of occupational health literacy were analyzed by unconditioned binary logistic regression model.Results There were a total of 1292 people from five groups in this survey,and the overall occupational health literacy rate was 33.28%.The order of literacy rate from high to low was medical health(65.73%),education(37.80%),express/takeaway(28.83%),transportation(17.21%)and environmental health management(11.57%).The order of occupational health literacy rate in the four dimensions from high to low was basic knowledge of health protection(67.96%),healthy working style and behavior(40.09%),knowledge of health law(29.41%)and basic skills of health protection(29.10%).Logistic regression analysis showed that age,educational level,household registration and industry were independent factors influencing occupational health literacy level of the five groups(all P<0.05).Conclusion The overall level of occupational health literacy of the five groups of people in Kaihua County is not high,and there are differences among different industries.Health education and intervention should be carried out according to occupational characteristics.
