摘要
目的:探究在腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者中应用经皮椎间孔内镜下靶向穿刺椎间盘切除术(PTETD)的临床效果.方法:选取我院2019年1月1日—2020年12月31日收治的176例LDH患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组88例.对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用PTETD治疗.对比2组患者的疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、各项相关临床指标及腰椎功能恢复优良率.结果:观察组腰椎功能恢复优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,2组VAS和ODI评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组切口、手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:PTETD治疗LDH的临床效果显著,可有效改善患者的临床症状,提高腰椎功能恢复优良率,缓解疼痛.
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of percutaneous endoscopic puncture discectomy(PTETD)in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:176 LDH patients admitted to our hospital from January 1,2019 to December 31,2020 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 88 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received PTETD treatment.The pain Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score,various related clinical indicators and the excellent and good rate of lumbar functional recovery were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of lumbar function recovery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS and ODI scores in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incision,operation time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of PTETD in the treatment of LDH is significant,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the excellent rate of lumbar functional recovery,and relieve pain.
