摘要
目的本研究旨在深入探究舒适护理干预对接受血液透析联合血液灌流治疗的尿毒症患者心理状态所产生的影响。方法选取2021年2月至2023年8月于贵港市中医医院接受血液透析联合血液灌流治疗的尿毒症患者120例作为研究对象。依据随机数字表法将所有患者划分为对照组(60例)和观察组(60例)两组。其中,对照组采用传统常规护理模式;而观察组则在接受常规护理的基础上,额外实施舒适护理干预措施。运用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁焦虑自评量表(SDS)进行心理状态评分,并比较两组患者的心理状态、生活质量、护理满意度以及并发症发生率。结果干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均优于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.001),并发症发生率低于对照组(P=0.022)。结论应用血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症的同时辅以舒适护理干预能够显著改善患者心理状态,提高患者生活质量和护理效果,减少并发症发生。
Objective On the psychological state of patients with uremia undergoing hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion,a comprehensive study was conducted.Methods A total of 120 patients with uremia who received hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion treatment in Guigang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to August 2023 were selected as study subjects.Based on the random number table method,all patients were divided into two groups:the control group(n=60)and the observation group(n=60).Among them,the control group adopted the traditional conventional nursing mode;while the observation group implemented additional comfort care interventions on the basis of conventional nursing.The psychological state scores of the patients were scored using the Self-Assessment Scale for Anxiety(SAS)and the Self-Assessment Scale for Depression and Anxiety(SDS),and the psychological state,quality of life,nursing care satisfaction,and complication rate of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the satisfaction of nursing care was higher than that of the control group(P<0.001),and the rate of complications was lower than that of the control group(P=0.022).Conclusions The integration of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion,along with the application of comfort nursing interventions,is effective in enhancing the psychological well-being,improving the quality of life,and enhancing the nursing outcomes of patients with uremia.This approach also contributes to a reduction in the incidence of associated complications.
