摘要
奶牛声环境福利严重影响奶牛的健康及泌乳性能,本试验旨在研究轻音乐对奶牛泌乳性能及血液神经递质的影响。试验选用健康状况良好的荷斯坦泌乳牛80头,随机分成2组,即对照组和轻音乐组,每组设置5个重复,每个重复8头。试验组每天09:00~10:30和14:30~16:00挤奶前各播放2 h克劳德·德彪西的经典钢琴曲《月光》,对照组无音乐播放,预饲期7 d,正试期60 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,轻音乐组奶牛在试验第20、40和60天的泌乳量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且分别较对照组奶牛的产奶量提升6.70%,8.00%和9.24%;奶牛血清中β-内啡肽的含量在试验第20、40和60天均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),奶牛血清中神经肽的含量在试验第40和60天均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),奶牛血清中谷氨酸含量在试验第20、40和60天均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验第20、40和60天轻音乐组奶牛血清总蛋白含量显著提高(P<0.05),试验第40和60天轻音乐组奶牛血清尿素氮含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,轻音乐能有效改善奶牛应激状态,提升其泌乳性能。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of light music on the lactation performance and blood neurotransmitters of dairy cows.In the experiment,80 Holstein lactating cows with good health were randomly divided into 2 groups,namely the control group and the light music group,and 5 replicates were set in each group,with 8 heads in each replicate.The experimental group played Claude Debussy’s classic piano piece“Moonlight”for 2 h before milking from 09:00 to 10:30 and 14:30 to 16:00 every day,while the control group had no music played,with a pre-test period of 7 days and a regular test period of 60 days.The results showed that,compared with the control group,the milk production of the light music group was significantly higher than that of the control group on the 20th,40th and 60th days(P<0.05),and the milk yield of the milk group was increased by 6.70%,8.00%and 9.24%,respectively.The content ofβ-endorphins in the serum of dairy cows was significantly higher than that of the control group on the 20th,40th and 60th days of the test(P<0.05),the content of neuropeptides in the serum of dairy cows was significantly higher than that of the control group on the 40th and 60th days of the test(P<0.05),the content of glutamate in the serum of dairy cows was significantly lower than that of the control group on the 20th,40th and 60th days of the test(P<0.05),the total serum protein content of dairy cows in the light music group was significantly increased on the 20th,40th and 60th days of the test(P<0.05),and the serum urea nitrogen content of the light music group was significantly decreased on the 40th and 60th days of the test(P<0.05).Studies have shown that light music can effectively improve the stress state of dairy cows and improve their lactation performance.
