摘要
为探究河南省沿黄地级市水-能源-粮食(W-E-F)系统耦合协调发展状况,基于2007—2021年沿黄9个地级市面板数据,建立W-E-F系统综合评价指标体系,采用组合赋权法进行测度,并借助耦合协调度模型,从时空角度对河南省沿黄地级市W-E-F系统进行评价。结果表明:从时间上看,河南省沿黄地级市W-E-F系统综合评价指数稳定上升,水资源子系统评价指数波动最大;W-E-F系统耦合协调度2008年最低(0.536),2020年最高(0.850),研究期分勉强协调发展、初级协调发展、中级协调发展和良好协调发展4种类型;从空间上看,W-E-F耦合系统综合评价指数最高的是洛阳(0.567),最低的是焦作(0.394);河南省沿黄9个地级市W-E-F系统耦合协调度均值大多数为初级协调发展及中级协调发展类型,地区间差异性明显。
In order to investigate the coupled and coordinated development of Water-Energy-Food(W-E-F)systems in prefecture-level cit-ies along the Yellow River in Henan Province,a comprehensive evaluation index system of W-E-F systems was established based on panel data of nine prefecture-level cities along the Yellow River from 2007 to 2021,measured by the combination-assignment method,and evalua-ted from a spatial and temporal perspective with the help of the coupled coordination model of the W-E-F systems in prefecture-level cities along the Yellow River in Henan Province.The results show that temporally,the comprehensive evaluation index of W-E-F system in prefec-ture-level cities along the Yellow River in Henan Province rises steadily,and the fluctuation of the evaluation index of the water resources sub-system is the largest;The coupled coordination degree of the W-E-F system is the lowest in 2008(0.536),and the highest in 2020(0.850),and the study period is divided into four stages of barely coordinated,primary coordinated,intermediate coordinated,and well-co-ordinated;Spatially,the W-E-F system has been evaluated by the combination weighting method,and with the help of the coupled coordi-nation degree model.Spatially,the highest comprehensive evaluation index of the coupled W-E-F system is Luoyang(0.567),and the low-est is Jiaozuo(0.394);The mean value of the coupled W-E-F system coordination degree of the nine prefecture-level cities along the Yellow River in Henan Province is mostly in the stage of primary and intermediate coordination,and the inter-regional differences are obvious.
