摘要
运用高效液相色谱-示差折光检测器对青橄榄中三氯蔗糖含量进行测定,并从测量重复性、标准物质、样品处理、加标回收率等五个方面对其进行不确定度评估。评估结果显示,加标回收率和标准溶液配制因素对不确定度影响较大。取置信区间95%,包含因子k=2,当测量结果为0.0250g/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.0017g/kg,则青橄榄中三氯蔗糖含量表示为(0.0250±0.0017)g/kg。
The uncertainty for determination of sucralose in Olives by high performance liquid chromatography with refrac-tive index detector(HPLC-RID)was analyzed from five aspects,including the repeatability of determination,the prepara-tion of standard solution,the pretreatment of sample,fortified recovery rate and others.The fortified recovery rate and the preparation of standard solution has a great influence on the uncertainty according to the evaluation results.The content of sucralose in Olives was(0.0250±0.0017)g/kg,k=2.
