摘要
随着医保支付方式改革的落地执行,合理控制药品费用成为医院合理控制医疗费用最直接有效的方式。临沂市人民医院构建了基于DRG的临床合理用药精准点评模式,开展用药结构分析与标化实践,在降低药品费用和医疗费用方面取得了明显成效。本文介绍了其实践举措和经验,为其他医院开展药品费用控制提供参考。
With the implementation of medical insurance payment reform,reasonably controlling drug costs has become the most direct and effective way for hospitals to control medical expenses.Linyi People's Hospital has established a precise drug use evaluation model based on DRG,carried out drug structure analysis and standardization practices,and achieved significant results in reducing drug costs and medical expenses.This article introduces their practical measures and experiences,providing references for other hospitals in drug cost control.
