摘要
目的:探讨专项处方点评模式对临床合理用药的影响。方法:抽取2021年2月—2022年2月苏州工业园区星浦医院药剂科2 000张处方作为对照组,抽取2022年3月—2023年3月药剂科2 000张处方作为观察组。对照组实施常规处方点评模式,观察组开展专项处方点评模式。比较两组不合理用药率。结果:观察组超常处方总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组用药不适宜总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)。观察组处方书写不规范总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:专项处方点评模式可促使临床合理用药率提高,保证患者用药安全。
Objective:To explore the influence of special prescription review mode on clinical rational drug use.Methods:A total of 2000 prescriptions from Pharmacy Department of Xingpu Hospital in Suzhou Industrial Park between February 2021 and February 2022 were selected as the control group,while another 2000 prescriptions from Pharmacy Department between March 2022 and March 2023 were selected as the observation group.The control group implemented the routine prescription review mode,and the observation group carried out the special prescription review mode.The irrational drug use rate was compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of abnormal prescriptions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total incidence of inappropriate medication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006).The total incidence of irregular prescription writing in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The special prescription review mode can promote the improvement of the clinical rational drug use rate and ensure the medication safety of patients.
