摘要
为提高智慧仓储信息感知能力和传输能力,对现代智慧仓储信息感知及存储系统进行设计。首先通过各种传感器对仓储信息进行采集,并将采集到的信息传送到数据汇集点;其次利用第五代移动通信技术与多路径数据传输协议相结合的方式对传输通信技术进行改进,并将数据信息以快速稳定的方式传输至应用管理层;最后使用K均值聚类算法对数据信息进行深层次挖掘分析,以提高信息感知能力。试验结果表明:5G通信技术与MPTCP传输协议相结合方式的丢包率较传统传输方式低,传输速率高;采用K均值聚类算法对数据处理的准确率较传统数据处理方法高,达到97%左右,验证了系统设计的有效性。
In order to improve the perception and transmission capabilities of intelligent warehousing information,a modern intelligent warehousing information perception and storage system was designed.Firstly,various sensors were used to collect warehouse information and transmit the collected information to the data collection point;secondly,the transmission communication technology was improved by combining the fifth generation mobile communication technology with multipath data transmission protocol,and the data information was transmitted to the application management layer in a fast and stable manner;finally,the K-means clustering algorithm was used to conduct in-depth mining and analysis of data information to improve information perception ability.The experimental results show that the combination of 5G communication technology and MPTCP transmission protocol has lower packet loss rate and higher transmission rate compared to traditional transmission methods.The accuracy of data processing using K-means clustering algorithm is higher than that of traditional data processing methods,reaching around 97%,verifying the effectiveness of the system design.
