摘要
针对高校实验室电子元器件在采购、领用、回收等方面管理难现象,研制智能仓储管理系统.该系统采用C#上位机+单片机,将元器件存放于独立的储存单元,各单元可根据场地任意堆叠级联,各储存单元之间的通讯采用成本较低的LIN总线实现.管理人员可通过该系统上位机及时掌握元器件的存储、领用、回收情况,按需购买元器件,充分提高元器件的使用率,并同时减小仓管人员在器件管理和整理上的工作量.
An intelligent warehouse management system is developed to overcome the difficulties in managing the purchasing,receiving and recovering of electronic components in university laboratories. The system uses C # host computer and single chip microcomputer to store components in separate storage units. Each unit can be cascaded arbitrarily according to the site,and the communication between each storage unit is realized by LIN bus with lower cost. The manager can master the storage,usage and recovery of components through the host computer of the system in time,and purchase components on demand to fully improve the utilization ratio of components. At the same time,the workload of the warehouse management staff in the device management and arrangement will be reduced.
