摘要
建立一种快速显色法筛查祛斑美白类化妆品中的28种糖皮质激素的。以乙腈作为样品提取和稀释溶剂,1 mL样品溶液中加入显色试剂(A剂含200 mg氯化硝基四氮唑蓝、B剂含15 g氢氧化钠,A剂和B剂比例为1∶1),10 min之内观察溶液颜色是否变为蓝色,即可判断样品是否含有糖皮质激素。结果表明,方法检出限为1μg/mL,且结构类似的6种激素均无交叉反应。方法正确率高于糖皮质激素快检试剂盒法,且和高效液相色谱质谱联用法较接近,一致率达92%以上。该方法专属性强,操作简便、迅速,成本低,正确率高,有利于提高检验工作人员效率和加强我国化妆品禁用组分监督管理。
A rapid colorimetric method was established to screen 28 glucocorticoids in freckle-removing and whitening cosmetics.Acetonitrile was used as the sample extraction and dilution solvent,and the chromogenic reagent was added to 1 mL sample solution(agent A contained 200 mg nitrotetrazolium chloride blue,agent B contained 15 g sodium hydroxide,and the ratio of agent A to agent B was 1∶1).The color of the solution was observed within 10 min to determine whether the sample contained glucocorticoids.The results showed that the detection limit of the method was 1μg/mL,and there was no cross reaction among the six hormones with similar structure.The accuracy of the method was higher than that of the glucocorticoid rapid detection kit method,and was close to that of the high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method,with a consistency rate of more than 92%.The method has strong specificity,simple and fast operation,low cost and high correct rate.It is conducive to improving the efficiency of inspection staff,and strengthening the supervision and management of banned ingredients in cosmetics in China.
