摘要
目的应用薄层色谱法对盐酸林可霉素、盐酸克林霉素进行鉴别。方法薄层色谱展开剂的组成为:乙酸乙酯-丙酮-醋酸-水(10∶5∶2∶2,V/V),展开取出晾干后,置碘蒸气缸中显色,斑点显褐色。结果斑点清晰,两者的Rf值能完全分开,盐酸林可霉素的Rf值约为0.38,盐酸克林霉素的Rf值约为0.57。结论方法可行,分离较好,重现性好。
OBJECTIVE A TLC method was developed to separate and identify lineomyein hydrochloride and clindamycin hydrochloride. METHODS The mobile phase was ethyl acetate-acetone-acetic acid- water（10 ： 5 ： 2 ： 2, V/V）, After launching and took out air dries and developed with iodine vapor. The coloration spots were brown. RESULTS The chromatographic spots appeared very clearly, and the Rf of lincomycin hydrochloride and clindamyc were 0, 38 and 0. 57, CONCLUSION The method is reasonable,lincomycin hydrochloride and clindamyein hydrochloride could be separated well.
