摘要
OBE理念因其产出导向与师范专业认证高度契合,为推进师范专业认证、提升教师教育质量提供了理论支持,具体表现出明确重点、向下设计、扩大机会、高预期等特征。为适应师范专业认证推进中OBE理念的介入,教师教育的样态特征随之发生了变化,从而促使教师教育者角色发生多重转变。为了促进教师教育者角色转换,需要教师教育者加强教师教育理论研究,把握教师教育本质;构建教师教育共同体,共享教师教育知识;建立对话型师生关系,促进实践智慧生成。
The OBE concept,with its output oriented core theory and high compatibility with teacher education professional certification,provides theoretical support for promoting teacher education professional certification and improving the quality of teacher education.It is characterized by clear focus,downward design,expansion opportunities,and high expectations.In order to adapt to the promotion of teacher education professional certification and the intervention of OBE concepts,the characteristics of teacher education have changed,thereby promoting multiple changes in the role of teacher educators.In order to promote the role transformation of teacher educators,it is necessary for them to strengthen theoretical research on teacher education and grasp the essence of teacher education;construct a community of teacher education to share knowledge about teacher education;and establish dialogic relationships between teachers and students to facilitate the generation of practical wisdom.
