摘要
目的:明确盆底康复仪在产后尿潴留治疗中的应用价值。方法:将40例产后尿潴留产妇按照随机分组原则进行分组,每组20例;对照组采用常规产后尿潴留康复治疗手段,研究组则围绕产妇产后的身体状况以及尿潴留情况做好评估工作,在采取常规康复治疗手段的基础上联合实施盆底康复仪治疗方式;以治疗有效率、膀胱尿量、残余尿量和并发症发生率为评价指标,对比两组产妇的康复治疗效果。结果:研究组产妇治疗有效率显著高于对照组,产后膀胱尿量大于、残余尿量少于对照组,治疗过程中的并发症发生率低于对照组;组间各评价指标具显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:应用盆底康复仪治疗尿潴留产妇可取得积极作用,能显著提升治疗效果,推进产妇的康复进程,修复产妇盆底肌,降低了并发症发生概率,确保了产妇在住院治疗与休养期间的生命安全,值得推广应用。
Objective:To ascertain the utility of pelvic floor rehabilitation instruments in managing postpartum urinary retention.Methods:Forty postpartum women diagnosed with urinary retention were randomized into two groups of 20 each.The control group received standard therapy for postpartum urinary retention,whereas the intervention group underwent comprehensive evaluation of their postpartum health status and urinary retention severity,complementing standard rehabilitation with pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument therapy.Treatment efficacy was assessed through the effective treatment rate,bladder urine volume,residual urine volume,and complication incidence,comparing outcomes between both groups.Results:The intervention group demonstrated a significantly higher effective treatment rate,increased bladder urine volume,reduced residual urine volume,and a lower incidence of complications during therapy compared to the control group.Statistically sig-nificant differences were observed across all evaluation metrics(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing pelvic floor rehabilitation instruments for treating postpartum urinary retention has shown a positive impact,notably enhancing treatment efficacy,expediting maternal recovery,restoring pelvic floor muscles,decreasing the likelihood of complications,and ensuring patient safety during hospitalization and recovery.This approach merits broader application in clinical settings.
