摘要
目的:分析盆底康复治疗仪联合早期康复护理预防产后尿潴留的价值。方法:选取2019年12月-2020年12月长沙市妇幼保健院收治的分娩后产妇90例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各45例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施产后盆底康复治疗仪联合早期康复护理,比较两组产妇护理后产后恢复指标水平、尿潴留发生情况及护理满意度。结果:试验组首次排尿时间、恶露持续时长、宫缩持续疼痛时长及尿潴留发生率均低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对分娩后的产妇进行临床护理时,使用产后盆底康复治疗仪联合早期康复护理,能够改善患者产后恢复指标水平,减少产后尿潴留发生,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To analyze the value of pelvic floor rehabilitation therapeutic apparatus combined with early rehabilitation nursing in preventing postpartum urinary retention.Methods:From December 2019 to December 2020,90 pregnant women after delivery in Changsha Hospital for Maternal and Child Health Care were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The experimental group was treated with postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation therapeutic apparatus combined with early rehabilitation nursing.The levels of postpartum recovery indicators,the occurrence of urinary retention and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the first voiding time,the duration of lochia,the duration of uterine contraction pain and the incidence of urinary retention were all lower than those in the control group,and the satisfaction degree of nursing was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical nursing of parturient after delivery,the use of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation therapeutic apparatus combined with early rehabilitation nursing can improve the levels of postpartum recovery indicators,reduce the occurrence of postpartum urinary retention and improve nursing satisfaction.
