摘要
基于机械结构可靠性分析理论,介绍了一种液压支架关键部件结构改进设计。具体设计中采用有限元仿真分析方法,根据ZY29000/45/100D液压支架基本结构构建刚柔耦合模型,并以此为基础实施偏载工况下液压支架可靠性分析,并根据分析结果实施液压支架关键部件结构改进设计。另外,将液压支架关键部件结构改进设计应用于工程实践,确认该液压支架关键部件结构改进设计具有较高可行性。
Based on the theory of reliability analysis of mechanical structure,a structural improvement design of key components of hydraulic support is introduced.In the specific design,finite element simulation and analysis method is adopted to construct a rigid-flexible coupling model according to the basic structure of ZY29000/45/100D hydraulic support,and based on which,a reliability analysis of the hydraulic support under partial loading condition is carried out,and the structural improvement design of the key components of the hydraulic support is carried out according to the analysis results.In addition,the structural improvement design of the key components of the hydraulic bracket is applied to engineering practice,which confirms that the structural improvement design of the key components of the hydraulic bracket is highly feasible.
