摘要
目的:探讨基于跨理论模型康复理念对髋关节置换术后疗养员膝关节僵硬的影响.方法:选取该院2020年3月-2022年9月收治的100例髋关节置换术后疗养员为研究对象,按抽签法将其分为对照组与观察组,各50例.对照组采用常规康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于跨理论模型康复理念护理.对比2组康复锻炼依从性、步行功能、并发症发生情况、膝关节僵硬发生情况、独立功能及髋关节功能.结果:观察组康复锻炼依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后3个月、6个月,观察组独立功能评分、髋关节功能评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组步行功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症总发生率、膝关节僵硬发生率均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:基于跨理论模型康复理念对髋关节置换术后干预效果显著,可提升疗养员康复锻炼依从性,提高其独立功能、髋关节功能和步行功能,降低术后并发症及膝关节僵硬发生率,具有应用价值.
Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation concept based on cross-theoretical model on knee stiffness of convalescers after hip replacement.Methods:100 patients admitted to the hospital after hip arthroplasty from March 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the lottery method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group received rehabilitation nursing based on cross-theoretical model.The compliance of rehabilitation exercise,walking function,complications,occurrence of knee stiffness,independent function and hip function were compared between the two groups.Results:The compliance rate of rehabilitation exercise in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 months and 6 months after operation,the independent function score and hip function score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The walking function of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and knee stiffness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rehabilitation concept based on the cross-theoretical model has a significant effect on the intervention after hip replacement,which can improve the rehabilitation exercise compliance of convalescers,improve their independent function,hip function and walking function,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and knee stiffness.
