摘要
目的:分析了不同品牌石墨烯口罩在抑菌性能上的差异,旨在以试验数据为生产企业的产品升级及转型提供数据支撑。方法:研究依据WS/T650-2019《抗菌和抑菌效果评价方法》及GB/T20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法》标准要求,合理搭建石墨烯口罩抑菌性能测试模型,制定“0”接触时间取样计数及以250r/min振摇2h后涂板计数,计算抑菌率,对不同厂家石墨烯口罩进行抑菌性能的横向比较。结果:有两个厂家的石墨烯口罩具有很好的抑菌性能,并且其对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌抑菌率几乎能达到100%。结论:与传统无纺布口罩相比,新型石墨烯口罩较普通无纺布口罩抑菌性能优异。
Objective:To analyze the disparity in antibacterial efficacy among various brands of graphene masks,with the aim of providing empirical support for manufacturers’product enhancement and evolution.Methods:In accordance with the standards WS/T 650-2019“Evaluation Method of Antibacterial and Bacteriostatic Effect”and GB/T 20944.3-2008“Evaluation of Antibacterial Properties of Textiles Part 3”,a scientifically sound test model was established to assess the antibacterial performance of graphene masks using the“oscillation method”.A zero-contact time sampling count was developed,and the coating plate was enumerated after agitation at 250r/min for 2 hours to calculate the antibacterial rate.The antibacterial performance of diverse manufacturers’graphene masks was juxtaposed.Results:Two manufacturers’graphene masks exhibited exceptional antibacterial efficacy,achieving an almost 100%antibacterial rate against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.Conclusion:New graphene masks demonstrate superior bacteriostatic performance compared to traditional non-woven masks.
