摘要
发展中国家雾霾现象较为严重,对雾霾口罩的需求只会增加不会减少。本研究收集了相关参考文献,分析了现有的口罩品牌的功能及造型,使用PEST方法筛选出与雾霾口罩相关的19个形容词;找到专家及使用者,进行了两次德菲法问卷调查,通过问卷得出使用者相关需求,并得出工程措施相关语汇,与使用者需求进行强度对比。通过分析雾霾口罩的QFD,得知雾霾口罩在空气污染环境下不仅是一种保护工具,还可以成为一种时尚流行趋势。
As the smog phenomenon is relatively serious in devel-oping countries, it is inevitable that the demand for anti-smogface masks will increase. This study collected relevant literatureto analyze the functions and shapes of the existing brands of facemasks, and used the PEST method to filter out 19 adjectives re-lated to anti-smog face masks. We interviews experts and users,and conducted two Delphi questionnaires. We obtained relevantusers＇ requirements and the vocabulary related to engineeringmeasures through the questionnaires, and then made an intensitycomparison between them. By analyzing the QFD of anti-smogface masks, we learned that anti-smog face masks not only areaprotection tool against the air pollution, but also can becomeafashion trend.
