酒钢选矿厂弱磁精矿脱水工艺研究

摘要 针对GPJ-120圆盘加压过滤机在酒钢选矿厂脱水工艺的应用中存在的给料浓度波动大、耗风量大、滤饼水份波动大等问题,通过弱磁铁精矿的工业过滤试验,确定圆盘加压过滤机对弱磁铁精矿的可过滤性,并确定适宜的技术参数,为不同给料浓度下圆盘加压过滤机的参数调整提供数据支撑。 In the application of GPJ-120 disc pressure filter in the dewatering process of JISCO concentrator,there are problems such as large fluctuation of feed concentration,large air consumption due to unstable bin pressure,and large fluctuation of moisture of filter cake,etc.Through industrial filtration tests of low-intensity magnetic separation concentrate,the filterability of the disc pressure filter for low-intensity magnetic separation concentrate is determined,and appropriate technical parameters are determined to provide data support for the adjustment of parameters of the disc pressure filter under different feed concentrations.
