摘要
本文论述了GPJ-120圆盘加压过滤机在酒钢选烧厂二选区域综合铁精矿脱水工艺中的应用情况,对运行效果及运行中暴露出的问题进行阐述,通过进行相应的设备改造和工艺优化,实现了指标稳定并有效降低了成本消耗,同时全弱磁压滤工业试验的成功为老选厂的改造提供了有力保障,圆盘加压过滤机的成功投用为细粒级铁精矿脱水开辟了新的道路。
The paper discusses the application of disc GPJ-120 pressure filter in the iron concentrate dehydration process problems in the operation. Through JISCO concentration plant, the running effect and the the corresponding equipment modification and process optimization, the stable index and the reduction of cost consumption are realized. At the same time, the success of the whole weak magnetic filter industrial test provides a powerful guarantee for the old concentration plant transformation, the success application of the disc pressure filter opens a new path for the dehydration of fine particle grade iron concentrate.
