摘要
美国图书馆协会开展“图书馆创建商业”主题活动,以服务和支持低收入者、少数族裔群体创业,进而提升图书馆支持中小微创业的能力。文章对成员图书馆开展的中小微创业支持主题实践活动进行案例研究,解析其理论体系的构建流程与进阶逻辑,探寻项目运行机制及其蕴含的图书馆专业精神与人文关怀。文章提出完善行业顶层设计,支持中小微创业;关注数字素养、技能及其教育的转向,助力数字化转型;资源整序,靶向目标群体;协同创新,嵌入区域创新生态体系。以期为我国图书馆支持中小微创业提供实践参考,为新时期图书馆转型发展提供路径选择。
The American Library Association(ALA)has initiated the“Libraries Build Business(LBB)”theme activity to serve and support entrepreneurship among low-income individuals and minority groups,thereby enhancing the ability of libraries to support micro,small,and medium-sized entrepreneurship.This article conducts a case study on the theme activities supporting micro,small,and medium-sized entrepreneurship carried out by member libraries,analyzing the construction process and progression logic of the theoretical systems.It explores the operational mechanisms of these activities and the inherent professional spirit and humanistic care of libraries.Consequently,the article proposes improving top-level design in the industry to support micro,small,and medium-sized entrepreneurship,focusing on the shift towards digital literacy,skills,and education to aid digital transformation,organizing resources to target specific groups,and collaborating in innovation to embed in the regional innovation ecosystem.These insights aim to provide practical references for Chinese libraries to support micro,small,and medium-sized entrepreneurship and offer pathway choices for the transformation and development of libraries in the new era.
