摘要
通过研究相关文献发现,当前国内大学生创业成功率在5%左右,有超过80%的大学生创业项目由校内孵化向市场化发展转型失败,即无法适应市场规律,导致创业失败,主要原因是大学生创业经验不足、技术有限、团队结构不稳定、校外市场业务拓展渠道有限等,使得大学生创业项目无法经受市场考验。该文以云思传媒为研究对象,结合其创业实际提出几点对策:善于获得政策支持、凝聚品牌力量、提高技术水平和建设优质团队等,以期为提高大学生创业成功率提供帮助。
By studying relevant literature that the success rate of entrepreneurship among current domestic college students is about 5%,and the failure of college student entrepreneurship has become a common phenomenon.More than 80%of college students'entrepreneurship projects have fail to transition from campus incubation to market-oriented development,that is,they cannot adapt to the market rules,leading to business failure.The main reasons are that college students have insufficient entrepreneurial experience,limited technology,unstable team structure,and limited business expansion channels outside the campus market,so that the college students'entrepreneurial projects cannot withstand the market test.This study takes Yunsimedia as the research object and proposes corresponding strategies based on,its entrepreneurial reality good at using policy support,cohesion of brand power,improving technical level and building high-quality teams,etc.,in order to help improve the success rate of college students'entrepreneurship.
