摘要
“教育高质量发展”要求职业教育提升自身的社会适应性,形成以横向融通、纵向贯通为特征的教育体系,以增值赋能、提质培优为核心的目标体系,从而不断创新职业教育发展道路,满足人民群众日益多样化的生活需求。产教融合是一种教学与生产、学校与企业、教育与产业相融合的培育模式,拥有动态适应、双主体、跨界性等特征,能够持续推进职业教育的高质量发展。基于此,结合产教融合的内涵及要求,提出以“专业建设、课程建设、平台建设”为抓手的建设路径。
“High-quality development of education” requires vocational education to enhance its social adaptability,form an education system characterized by horizontal integration and vertical integration,and a goal system with value-added empowerment and quality improvement as the core,so as to continuously innovate the development path of vocational education and meet the increasingly diverse living needs of the people.Production-education integration is a kind of cultivation model that integrates teaching and production,schools and enterprises,education and industry.It has the characteristics of dynamic adaptation,dual subject and cross-border,which can continuously promote the high-quality development of vocational education.This paper combines the connotation and requirements of production-education integration,and proposes the construction path with “professional construction,curriculum construction and platform construction” as the starting point.
