摘要
旅游经济韧性是衡量旅游业面对外部事件冲击和内部因素扰动时保持自身平稳运行的重要指标,基础设施对增强旅游经济韧性中的抵御能力和恢复能力起保障作用。通过对已有研究的梳理,探讨基础设施系统与旅游经济韧性间的相互作用机制,综合运用熵权法、耦合协调度模型和障碍诊断模型探究国内10个民族地区2012—2021年基础设施与旅游经济韧性的耦合协调水平、时空分异特征和障碍因子。结果表明:一是10年间民族地区基础设施建设水平显著提高,省际差距逐渐缩小;旅游经济韧性稳步提高,省际差距逐渐增大;二是耦合协调水平整体上由濒临失调转变为低度协调,省际差距呈先升后降的“倒U型”趋势;三是旅游经济韧性系统抵御能力不足,旅游外汇收入较低是阻碍耦合协调的主要因素。
Tourism economic resilience is an important indicator to measure the tourism industry's ability to maintain its own smooth operation in the face of external event shocks and internal factor perturbations,and the infrastructure plays a safeguarding role in enhancing the resilience and recovery ability of tourism economic resilience.By combing the existing studies and exploring the interaction mechanism between infrastructure system and tourism economic resilience,we comprehensively use the entropy weight method,the coupling coordination degree model and the obstacle diagnosis model to explore the coupling coordination level,spatial-temporal differentiation characteristics and obstacle factors of infrastructure and tourism economic resilience of the 10 ethnic regions in China from 2012 to 2021.The results show that:firstly,the level of infrastructure construction in ethnic areas has significantly improved during the 10 years,and the inter-provincial gap has gradually narrowed;the tourism economic resilience has steadily improved,and the inter-provincial gap has gradually increased;secondly,the level of coupling coordination as a whole has transformed from being on the verge of dislocation to a low degree of coordination,and the inter-provincial gap has shown an"inverted U-type"tendency of rising first and then declining later;thirdly,the tourism economic resilience system has insufficient capacity to resist the obstacles.Thirdly,the tourism economic resilience system has insufficient ability to resist,and the low foreign exchange income of tourism is the main factor hindering the coupling coordination.
