摘要
基因组学是当今生命科学研究的热点,科学合理的课程体系及教学模式对于研究生培养质量的提高非常重要。课程组教师将OBE理念贯穿于教学的多个环节,构建了系统完整的教学内容,将多种教学方法相结合,建立了全面的考核方式,形成了适合本校生命科学相关专业研究生的基因组学课程教学模式。该教学模式可以提升学生的学习积极性,培养学生的科学思维方式及实践能力,对最终实现培养具有创新和实践能力的高素质生物技术专业人才的目标有重要意义。
"Genomics"is a hot topic in life science research today.Scientific and reasonable curriculum system and teaching mode are very important to improve the quality of graduate training.The teachers of the course team have integrated the OBE concept into many aspects of teaching,built a systematic and complete teaching content,combined a variety of teaching methods,established a comprehensive assessment method,and formed a teaching model of genomics that is suitable for graduate students of life science majors in our university.This teaching mode can enhance students'learning enthusiasm,cultivate students'scientific thinking mode and practical ability,and is of great significance to the ultimate goal of cultivating high-quality biotechnology professionals with innovative and practical ability.
