吞咽障碍课程教学中多学科协作应用的探索

摘要 吞咽障碍课程是一门结合医学、语言治疗、营养学等学科的综合性课程,文章从参与学科及角色、多学科协作模式、多学科协作成果三方面展开,分析吞咽障碍课程的多学科协作模式,并指出教学中存在的问题,如学科间沟通交流不足、协作机制不完善、资源整合共享难度大、学生跨学科学习适应性差等,据此提出建立多学科交流平台、完善协作机制与流程、优化资源配置与共享、培养学生跨学科学习能力的策略建议,以期促进各学科间的良性互动和内生融合,发挥多学科协作的协同效应,全面提升人才培养质量。 The Dysphagia course is a comprehensive course that combines multiple disciplines such as medicine,language therapy,and nutrition.This article analyzes the interdisciplinary collaboration mode of the Dysphagia course from three aspects:participating disciplines and roles,interdisciplinary collaboration mode,and interdisciplinary collaboration achievements.It points out the existing problems,such as insufficient communication and exchange between disciplines,imperfect collaboration mechanism,difficulty in resource integration and sharing,and poor adaptability of students to interdisciplinary learning.Based on this,it proposes strategic suggestions to establish a multidisciplinary communication platform,improve collaboration mechanism and process,optimize resource allocation and sharing,and cultivate students'interdisciplinary learning ability,in order to promote benign interaction and endogenous integration among disciplines,play the synergistic effect of multidisciplinary collaboration,and comprehensively improve the quality of talent cultivation.
