摘要
BGL气化炉在直接使用褐煤块煤作为原料时,由于其适应性问题,经常会出现偏烧的情况,这对BGL气化炉的持续稳定运行产生了影响。本文对偏烧的概念、表现、成因、潜在风险及其解决方案进行深入分析和总结,并提出了一系列的解决策略,目的是减少偏烧的发生,改善BGL气化炉的运行状况,希望这些建议能够对相关人员产生借鉴。
When using brown coal as raw material directly in the BGL gasifier,due to its adaptability issues,there is often a situation of biased burning,which has an impact on the continuous and stable operation of the BGL gasifi-er.This article provides an in-depth analysis and summary of the concept,manifestations,causes,potential risks,and solutions of partial combustion,and proposes a series of solutions with the aim of reducing the occurrence of partial combustion and improving the operation of BGL gasifiers.It is hoped that these suggestions can serve as a reference for relevant personnel.
