摘要
延迟焦化装置加热炉低氮燃烧器改造后,加热炉炉膛温度偏差达40℃,CD路主燃烧器瓦斯偏差达227 m^3/h。通过调整炉膛东西侧风门开度及CD路风门风量,消除了炉膛温度偏差及CD路瓦斯耗量偏差,保障了加热炉长周期安全运行,同时均匀燃烧也减少了因局部缺风生成CO。
After reform on the heating furnace with low NOx burner in the delayed coking unit,temperature deviation of the furnace was up to 40℃,the gas deviation of the main burner of the CD circuit was up to 227 m^3/h,and the causes was analyzed.By adjusting opening degree of the air door on the east and west sides of the furnace and air volume of the air door in the CD circuit,temperature deviation of the furnace and the mash gas consumption deviation of the CD circuit were eliminated,long-term safe running of the heating furnace was guaranteed,the CO generation due to local air shortage was also reduced by the uniform combustion.
