摘要
目的:探讨凉血解毒汤联合中药熏洗在血热型银屑病中的应用效果。方法:选取佳木斯市中医医院2020年1月—2021年12月收治的银屑病患者86例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各43例。对照组予以常规西药治疗,观察组加用凉血解毒汤联合中药熏洗治疗,比较两组治疗效果、PASI评分、生活质量、中医症状积分及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的79.07%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后PASI评分、DLQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后皮损、瘙痒、红舌及心烦评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:凉血解毒汤联合中药熏洗可提高血热型银屑病治疗效果,降低PASI评分,改善生活质量,安全可靠。
Objective:To explore the application effect of Liangxue Jiedu Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in blood-heat psoriasis.Methods:A total of 86 patients with psoriasis admitted to Jiamusi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Liangxue Jiedu Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.The therapeutic effect,PASI score,quality of life,TCM symptom score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 79.07% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PASI score and DLQI score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of skin lesions,itching,red tongue and upset in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Liangxue Jiedu Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation can improve the therapeutic effect of blood-heat psoriasis,reduce PASI score,improve quality of life,and is safe and reliable.
