摘要
目的:研究增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者术前应用康柏西普的效果。方法:选取温州医科大学附属眼视光医院2022年10月—2024年1月收治的200例PDR患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各100例。全部患者均接受改良眼底激光光凝术治疗,观察组患者在术前经康柏西普治疗。分别于术前、术后2个月检测两组患者的视力情况[最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、视野平均缺损(MD)]、视网膜中央动脉血流指标[搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)及平均血流速度(MV)]、黄斑区血流密度指标[深层毛细血管丛(DCP)、浅层毛细血管丛(SCP)],并记录术后2个月并发症发生情况。结果:术后2个月,观察组BCVA、MV、DCP、SCP指标高于对照组,MD、PI、RI指标及并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对PDR,采用康柏西普联合改良眼底激光光凝术更有利于患者视力水平恢复,调节其视网膜中央动脉血流和黄斑区血流密度,且一定程度上可降低手术风险,减少术后并发症发生。
Objective:To study the effect of preoperative application of conbercept in patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy.Methods:A total of 200 patients with PDR admitted to the hospital from October 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 100 patients in each group.All patients were treated with modified fundus laser photocoagulation,and the patients in the observation group were treated with conbercept before operation.The visual acuity[best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),mean visual field defect(MD)],central retinal artery blood flow index[pulsatility index(PI),resistance index(RI)and mean blood flow velocity(MV)],macular blood flow density index[deep capillary plexus(DCP),shallow capillary plexus(SCP)]of the two groups were detected before and 2 months after operation,and the occurrence of complications during 2 months after operation was recorded.Results:At 2 months after operation,the BCVA,MV,DCP and SCP indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the MD,PI,RI indexes and the incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with PDR,conbercept combined with modified fundus laser photocoagulation is more conducive to the recovery of visual acuity,regulation of central retinal artery blood flow and macular blood flow density,and can reduce the risk of surgery and postoperative complications to a certain extent.
