摘要
目的探讨和血明目片对糖尿病视网膜病变性眼底出血性临床治疗的疗效及可行性。方法 2007年6月至2010年6月我院收治的58例(67只眼)糖尿病视网膜病变性眼底出血的患者,随机分成两组,分别给予治疗,Ⅰ组为和血明目片(33例,37只眼);Ⅱ组为三七血伤宁胶囊(25例,30只眼)。结果随访6个月后,67只眼病例中,最佳矫正视力62只眼有不同程度提高,总有效率92.54%;显效率46.27%(67只眼,31只显效),治愈率13.43%(67只眼,9只治愈)。Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组有效率差异无统计学意义(P=0.196>0.05),显效率差异有统计学意义(P=0.0<0.05)。结论和血明目片治疗糖尿病视网膜病变性眼底出血性临床有效,能明显消除积血,控制并发症,改善患者视力。
Objective To evaluate the effects of Hexue Mingmu pian for retinal hemorrhage caused by diabetic retinopathy.Methods A random controlled study was performed on 58 patients（67 eyes）.The patients were assigned into 2 groups randomly：33 patients in Ⅰgroup （HeXueMingMu,37 eyes）;25 patients in Ⅱ group （Sanqi Xueshangning,30eyes）. Results After six months,the BCVA of 62 eyes was improved,The total effective rate is 92.54%,Marked improvement rate is 46.27% （31 eyes）.Cure rate is 13.43% （9 eyes）.The rate of effectiveness of Ⅰ and Ⅱ group didn＇t show statistical difference （P=0.196〉0.05）,the rate of marked improvement of Ⅰ and Ⅱ group showed statistical difference（P=0〈0.05）.Condusion Hexue Mingmu is an effective drug for retinal hemorrhage caused by diabetic retinopathy.It＇ s helpful in eliminating the hemorrhage and improving the patient＇ s BCVA.
