氧化石墨烯对美国红栌组培苗的影响

摘要 以美国红栌组培苗为材料,研究了不同浓度氧化石墨烯对其初代培养和增殖培养的影响。结果表明,将适宜浓度的氧化石墨烯加入美国红栌组织培养初代培养基和增殖培养基中,能够降低组培苗褐化率并提高植株增殖指数,但其浓度不宜过高。其中,初代培养基的氧化石墨烯适宜浓度为1 mg/L~2 mg/L,且氧化石墨烯适宜于与维生素C配合使用;增殖培养基的氧化石墨烯适宜浓度为0.5 mg/L~1.0 mg/L,氧化石墨烯与多微氨基酸搭配使用可以促进美国红栌组培苗的生长发育。 Using Cotinus coggyria tissue culture seedlings as material,the effect of different concentrations of graphene oxide on its primary culture and proliferative culture was studied.The results showed that adding appropriate concentrations of graphene oxide to the primary and proliferation media of Cotinus coggyria tissue culture could reduce the browning rate of tissue culture seedlings and improve plant proliferation index,but the concentration should not be too high.The suitable concentration of oxidized graphene in the primary medium was 1 mg/L~2 mg/L,and oxidized graphene was suitable for use in combination with vitamin C.The appropriate concentration of graphene oxide in the proliferation medium was 0.5 mg/L~1.0 mg/L.The combination of graphene oxide and multiple amino acids could promote the growth and development of Cotinus coggyria tissue culture seedlings.
