摘要
在水稻愈伤诱导、愈伤继代等过程中,影响愈伤褐化因素较多,包括水稻基因型、培养条件、培养基成分以及继代时间等,且不同因素对愈伤褐化的影响程度不同。本文简要概述了引起外植体和愈伤组织褐化的机理、褐化类型及引起褐化的因素,同时对其研究方向进行了展望,以期为植物组织培养提供参考。
In the process of rice callus induction and callus subculture,there are many factors affecting callus browning,including rice genotype,culture conditions,medium composition and subculture time,and different factors have different influence degrees on callus browning.In this paper,the mechanism,types and affecting factors of browning of explants and calli were briefly summarized,and the research direction was prospected,in order to provide references for plant tissue culture.
