摘要
目的:研究慢性非萎缩性胃炎(CNAG)伴糜烂患者Hp根除前后舌象变化,进而为中西医结合辨证施治提供参考。方法:采用前瞻性单臂临床观察,共收集到156例经内镜及组织病理学检查确诊为CNAG伴糜烂,且^(13)C呼气试验诊断为Hp感染的患者。采用常规含铋剂四联疗法进行Hp根除,对比根除前后患者舌象变化。结果:Hp根除前后CNAG伴糜烂患者其舌色、舌苔分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),根除前CNAG伴糜烂患者舌色以红舌、舌苔以黄厚(腻)苔占比最高,根除后舌色以淡红舌、舌苔以薄白苔占比最高;根除前后红舌、绛舌及黄厚(腻)苔比例显著降低,淡红舌、薄白苔比例显著增高(P<0.05);淡白舌、青紫(瘀斑)舌、薄黄苔、白厚(腻)苔、剥落(少)苔根除前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CNAG伴糜烂患者经根除治疗后舌象变化显著,研究结果可为中西医结合治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎提供参考。
Objective:To study the changes of tongue picture in patients with chronic non Atrophic gastritis accompanied by erosion before and after eradication of Hp,so as to provide reference for treatment based on syndrome differentiation of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods:A prospective single arm clinical Observational study design was used to collect 156 cases of chronic non Atrophic gastritis with erosion confirmed by endoscopy and pathology,and Hp infection confirmed by urea^(13)C breath test.Bismuth containing quadruple therapy was used to eradicate Hp,and the changes of tongue images of patients before and after eradication were compared.Results:There was a statistically significant difference in tongue color and tongue coating distribution of chronic non Atrophic gastritis patients with erosion before and after eradication of Hp(P<0.05);Compared with before eradication,the proportion of red tongue,crimson tongue,and yellow thick(greasy) tongue coating decreased after eradication,while the proportion of light red tongue and thin white tongue coating increased(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the proportion of light white tongue,purple(ecchymosis) tongue,thin yellow tongue coating,white thick(greasy) tongue coating,and peeling(less) tongue coating before and after eradication(P>0.05).Conclusion:The tongue picture of chronic non Atrophic gastritis patients with erosion changes significantly after eradication treatment,which can provide reference for the treatment of this disease with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
