摘要
舌苔是人舌背上一层薄白而润的苔状物,中医认为舌苔是由胃气胃阴上蒸舌面而成,舌苔可以作为指导临床诊疗的重要客观依据之一,因为其润燥反映体内津液的盈亏和输布情况,厚薄的改变反映了邪正的消长进退,舌苔的变化反应了脏腑的变化,二者息息相关。人是一个有机整体,由多个小微生态系统构成一个大微生态系统,舌苔微生态系统的平衡和失调即人体内正气与病邪相争的过程,而舌苔的变化就是这一过程的外在变现。查阅中外医家对于舌苔菌群变化在呼吸系统、消化系统、心血管系统、风湿免疫等多系统疾病的临床诊治中均有重要意义。且舌诊作为中国传统医学四诊之一-望诊的重要组成部分,是中医临床诊疗的必要手段,舌苔微生态研究从分子水平为舌诊提供了理论支撑,能够更好地挖掘舌诊的科学内涵。选取近30年以来研究健康人群与患病人群舌象特征、舌苔微生态的组成与变化的文献,通过对比探讨从而发现疾病与舌苔微生态之间的规律,从分子水平深入研究中医舌诊。
The tongue coating is a thin whitelayer of embellish moss in the tongue back. TCM believes that the tongue coating is composed of stomach Qi and Yin upward steaming the tongue. The tongue coating can be used as one of the important objective basis to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Its dryness reflects the profit or loss and distribution of the body fluid inside body. The change of the thickness of the tongue coating reflects the condition of evils and vital Qi and reflects changes of the Zang-Fu organs. Human being is an organic whole,which is composed of several small and micro ecological systems. The balance and imbalance of the tongue coating micro-ecological system is the process of the struggle between vital Qi and diseaseand the change of tongue coating is the external realization of this process. Consulting Chinese and foreign doctors’ clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases of respiratory system,digestive system,cardiovascular system,rheumatic immunity and other multi-system diseasesis of great significance. As an important part of inspection,one of the four diagnostic methods in traditional Chinese medicine,tongue diagnosis is a necessary means of clinical diagnosis and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine. The study on tongue coating microecology provides theoretical support for tongue diagnosis from the molecular level,which can better explore the scientific connotation of tongue diagnosis. This review selected the literature which studied the characteristics of tongue appearance and the composition and changes of tongue coating microecology of healthy and sick people in the past 30 years,and found out the rule between disease and tongue coating microecology through comparative discussion,so as to make an in-depth study of tongue diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine from the molecular level.
