摘要
采用ICP-MS法结合指纹图谱、相关性分析和主成分分析研究不同批次、不同生长发育时期的菲牛蛭中无机元素的含量特征。26种无机元素在0~1000μg·L^(-1)线性关系良好,R^(2)≥0.9998,检出限0.0009~0.5094μg·L^(-1),精密度RSD≤1.80%、重复性RSD≤2.94%;平均加样回收率85.79%(120.27%,RSD≤3.16%。结果显示Zr、Sc、Te、Bi、Mo、In在菲牛蛭中只能微量检出或未检出。Na、Mg、Al、K、Fe、Ga、Ba在不同批次间差异较大;K、Ca、Fe、Al、Mn等元素含量具有较强的特征性,可作为鉴定不同月龄菲牛蛭的参考依据。ICP-MS法可用于菲牛蛭中26种无机元素的含量测定,菲牛蛭中的无机元素含量差异可作为其不同生长发育时期的分析依据。
The content characteristics of inorganic elements in different batches and different growth stages of Poecilobdella manillensis Leeson were studied by ICP-MS combined with fingerprint spectrum,correlation analysis,and principal component analysis.26 inorganic elements show a good linear relationship in 0~1000μg·L^(-1),R^(2)≥0.9998,the detection limits ranged from 0.0009~0.5094μg·L^(-1),the RSD of the precision test≤1.80%,the RSD of the reproducibility≤2.94%,the average recoveries were in the range of 85.79%~120.27%,RSD≤3.16%.The results showed that Zr,Sc,Te,Bi,Mo,and In could only be detected in trace or not in Poecilobdella manillensis Lesson.The contents of Na,Mg,Al,K,Fe,Ga,and Ba varied greatly among different batches,the contents of K,Ca,Fe,Al,Mn,and other elements have strong characteristics,which can be used as a reference for the identification of Poecilobdella manillensis Lesson at different ages.The ICP-MS method can be used to determine the content of 26 inorganic elements in Poecilobdella manillensis Lesson,and the difference in the content of inorganic elements in Poecilobdella manillensis Lesson can be used as an analytical basis for different growth and development periods.
