摘要
近年来互联网与数字信息技术的飞速发展,推动着教育向信息化方向变革与发展。为了在教育信息化的环境下提高教学质量,文章对应用型高校青年教师信息化教学能力进行了研究,首先从信息化资源整合能力、设计能力、实施能力、评价能力等四个方面论述了青年教师信息化教学能力构成,进而探讨了青年教师信息化教学能力发展现状及存在问题。最后得出结论:提高信息化教学能力综合素质、建设完善的信息化教学信息资源体系和妥善使用信息化教学手段是提高青年教师信息化教学能力的重要策略。
In recent years,the rapid development of Internet and digital information technology has promoted the reform and development of education in the direction of information technology.In order to improve the teaching quality under the environment of education informatization,this paper investigated the teaching ability and its development among young teachers in application-oriented colleges and universities.This study firstly discussed the connotation of young teachers'information-based teaching ability from four aspects:the information-based resource integration ability,the design ability,the implementation ability and the evaluation ability.And then the status and existing problems of young teachers'information-based teaching ability were investigated.Finally,it was concluded that improving the comprehensive quality of information-based teaching ability,constructing perfect information-based teaching information resource system and properly using information-based teaching means were important strategies to improve the information-based teaching ability of young teachers.
