摘要
随着中药制剂在医疗实践中的应用日益广泛,过敏类不良反应问题也逐渐增多,严重影响中药制剂在临床上的推广。该文通过分析中药制剂引发的过敏反应、产生机制及临床对策,对过敏反应现象、病理特征及诱因进行深入研究。结果发现,中药制剂的过敏类不良反应与其研发、生产、流通及使用等各环节密切相关。通过加强中药制剂在临床应用中的规范管理,可以有效降低过敏反应的发生率,提高用药安全性。
With the increasing application of TCM preparations in medical practice,the problem of allergic adverse reactions is also increasing,which seriously affects the promotion of TCM preparations in clinical practice.In this paper,the phenomenon,pathological characteristics and inducements of anaphylaxis were studied by analyzing the anaphylaxis,its mechanism and clinical countermeasures.The results showed that the allergic adverse reactions of TCM preparations were closely related to their development,production,circulation and use.By strengthening the standard management of TCM preparation in clinical application,the incidence of allergic reaction can be effectively reduced and the safety of medication can be improved.
